Nikaido's closest trait alignment lies with Capricorn. Nikaido has very few fears in her life, most revolving around the well-being of her friends rather than herself. When faced with any enemy, though, regardless of difficulty, she exhibits no fear. She often goes into an eerie state of calm during combat, whaling on enemies so long as she has the energy left to do so. The only time we see her exhibit true fear is during her dream encounter with Jelly, which is sensible as Jelly is the embodiment of her fear. Even in that situation, she defeated her 'fear' for her training.
In a desolate and hopeless world like that in Dorohedoro, there is little room for dreamers. Nikaido is no exception and maintains a realistic view of situations. This doesn't mean she's beyond wishes and desires, as she has a dream of a quiet life in Hole, running her restaurant with Kaiman, but she knows it's just that: a dream. She doesn't frivolously count on this becoming reality. The situation is too dire, and she knows there lies a great deal of death ahead.
Nikaido has been a hard worker from a young age. She started combat training when she was 4 years old under Yakumo and has been dedicated to it ever since. She started her gyoza business when she was still small, as well, after the disasters with her magic, and worked her way up to owning and running a restaurant all on her own at a young age. Nikaido puts herself fully into anything she does.
In the case of negatives, Nikaido is rightfully anxious. She worries about a lot of things and is often cautious and suspicious. She doesn't start out that way, but once she gets the attention of En and danger grows around herself and Kaiman, she falls into the role of caution in contrast to Kaiman's invincibility complex. Her powers also cause her a lot of anxiety, as she used to be hunted for them and they ruined the life of her dearest friend. She only recently started to agree to use them, but who knows if she'll ever be fully comfortable with their use.
Nikaido is unforgiving, but it isn't necessarily towards others. While there is give and take about who she'll forgive, when it comes to herself, she has a difficult time forgiving herself. She blames herself for everything with Yakumo, with Kaiman, and with Kawajiri. She is very critical of herself and of her mistakes and occasionally obsesses over them.

Power: In the world of Dorohedoro, Magic Users are made with a special organ that produces magical smoke within them. That, the devil tumor, and the veins that carry the smoke through them, all set them apart from humans. Every magic user has specialized magic, not unlike the mutants in Tiger and Bunny, and focus their training on honing that magic, though it is not rare for a person to be born with useless magic or an inability to produce smoke.
Nikaido's magic specification is time manipulation. She has a limitation of how many times she may use it, which by this canon point, is set at 3 times, having used the others up. Her magic is physically manifested as a black box, of sorts, that tends to change shape. Inside it are shells that represent the amount of times she can use her magic.
What this means for Zodion? Nothing. This part of her magic is going to be nulled do to the lack of limitations on it in canon. As she would feasibly use up one of her last shells to reverse time and return to before her arrival in Zodion, it is necessary to null her specification.
What remains is the general use that magic has in her world. Magic can be used for small general reasons by everyone with smoke production. Magic can be used as a fuel for magic-specific devices such as brooms. It can be used for basic enhancements of performance, i.e: Fujita uses his magic, which is a destructive type of magic specification normally, to fuel his pitches during the Worms vs. Sharks baseball match. There are a variety of mundane things that magic can make easier or more efficient, and will be kept restrained by a massive reduction of her body's smoke reduction. She will be limited to the smoke amounts that Fujita holds in the series, though she will still have her outer devil-metamorphosis features.
Door production, as a side note, will be nulled naturally. Doors are used to travel between the two parallel worlds of 'magic users' and 'humans'. There are no incidents of doors being used to travel between two places within one world, which is why Kawajiri's magic was special enough to qualify him for devil training. She will not, thus, have any magic door use in Zodion.
Personality: Nikaido comes off as a kind, hardworking woman with her life together to anyone who meets her on a normal day. She's usually considerate to others, smiles away her work day, and attends to her costumers with a personable, laid-back air that leaves her with few personal enemies in the world of Hole. She is tolerant of a lot of the bad attitudes Hole creates and typically is the last person to back talk or cause any kind of argument with those she encounters. She's sensible and generous, seen giving food from her restaurant others for free when they're really in a spot. She'll listen to the troubles of a stranger and extend herself to them, though it has sometimes ended in disaster for her.
But, Nikaido's surface is only the tip of an iceberg. In her is a great lake of turmoil and guilt that has plagued her for years.
At the sign of a fight, Nikaido shuts down, becoming an icy automaton and delivering merciless blows to an enemy. The size or power of an enemy does not intimidate her, though she is sensible enough to know when a fight is better to run from, on most occasions. She's not above taunting, or pulling low tricks. Survival is always at the top of her list and she cares little for the loss of life, other than that it feels like a waste. They could have backed down, they didn't, what could she do? She won't pull back, and there are times she has killed people purely for her own benefit, such as with the smoke seller when she needed to get money.
She has lost practically everything in her life. Her family, her home, her childhood friends, and now, the closest person in her life. Much of this is the result of her own mistakes, so she holds a lot of guilt and self-blame in her. She is the reason Yakumo died, though she did return to fix it. Kaiman would not have been killed by En if it hadn't been for her getting caught, or using her magic. Asu would still be a demon, if he had not helped her. Much of this weighs on her, and makes her a rather melancholy figure when she's in private.
Through all her loss, though, she has not given up. She remains a strong individual that still has a great deal of confidence and stubbornness in her. She might run from a fight she knows she needs to regroup for, but she never gives up or gives in. Even with her body slowly, and painfully, being transformed by En's mushroom magic, she never gave into it or him. Though she was sunk into misery from Kaiman's 'death', she still fought against the influence of En and remained herself.
When Nikaido gets to know someone, she isn't above being a little critical of them. She's cynical, as all people in Dorohedoro are, and sometimes gets a bit of a bite to her tone. She's realistic, and is a planner, though she can get reckless when she's desperate. She tries to keep a few steps ahead of things when she's collecting information and she will lie and manipulate when the situation calls for it. It's not that she's shameless, but Nikaido will do what she has to to get her goals accomplished, as her goals usually focus on the interests of the people she cares about and not herself. Her priorities lie with those in her heart, and she'll be damned if she doesn't go the whole nine yards for their sake. But, even so, she won't lose track of how things will probably go. She doesn't dream of miracles or impossibilities. She doesn't count on dire situations getting a twist for the better. She knows the state of her world and her situation and she doesn't delude herself with idealistic thoughts.

"This isn't..."
This was not the Central Shopping District. This was not in any feasible way a place in Hole, either. She wasn't sure if there were even such pure looking places in the world of Magic Users, at that.
Was she dreaming? Had she passed out? Was this another circumstance of her metamorphosis?
She stood, quietly, demon's tail swaying against the back of her legs as she took everything in with a calculated eye. "If this is another devil's dream, what could it mean? Why would the dream of a devil be this bright and beautiful?"
It made her shoulders tense. It was clear that this was all wrong, but without Kawajiri, it was impossible to judge what was going on. Surely, he would have warned her. He'd forewarned about every other event she'd gone through, so why would he leave this out, when things were most crucial? Sure, with his devilish nature, he was still rather selfish... but even a selfish Kawajiri always looked out for her.
She barely noticed the motions of her feet in her struggle with all of this information. It was like a dizzying punch to the head, and before she knew it, she was toe-aligned with the edge of the water. The draw of the altar was suddenly enveloping and she felt her desire for the box resting on its peak insatiable. She had to open it.
With a careless step, she padded into the water and was halted by the sting in her chest. The mirrors were practically ignored, as she, in a panic, parted her breasts to look between them.
In that spot, where all of her pain and the tragedy of herself and Kaiman had reached its peak. That spot, where her guts had throbbed and rotted, now had the quiet mark of the curves of Capricorn. She could feel her lip quiver.
Few things scared Nikaido, but the terror of losing herself again almost choked her. She could not handle becoming a slave to En again. She could not handle losing the chance to save Aikawa because of En.
"He's dead... what the hell is this? It can't be..."
Ice blue eyes raised to look again to the box, as if it held some great answer for her turmoil. Perhaps this was another test of her will against her fears. Hadn't Jelly been enough? She reached and lifted its lid.
